Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Policy
Australian Shipping
Standard postage to any address in Australia is a flat rate of $6.75, with this service taking up to 7-10 days for delivery. Express Postage is also offered Australia wide at a flat rate of $10.50, with this service taking 1-3 days maximum, you can check whether you are within the Express Post Network here. All of our deliveries are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, which is by far the most reliable and provides tracking details with every order placed. Use the button below as you require. Most orders are shipped on the same day if placed by 12pm, orders placed after this will be shipped on the next business day. In the event we ship an order to an incorrect address given by the customer, re-routing will be charged to the customer at the applicable postal rate plus a $10 handling fee, or we will refund your order, minus your postage and a $10 handling fee. Once your parcel is scanned as delivered, claims on missing or lost parcels cannot be processed past this point, please be aware of this, and choose cautiously.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams. Please note our budget shipping service, Airmail International has no tracking available, therefore with this option we provide no refund should your item not reach its destination, all other shipping options contain tracking and insurance for orders over $100.
